Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Trinidad and Tobago in accordance with the rules of Specify Arbitration Body, if applicable OR the courts located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
